what is your most purchased package?
Most of my clients purchase The Full Moon package (& most have repeatedly!). 60 minutes is enough time to capture most moments!
If you need help choosing a specific package, send me an inquiry and I will be happy to help guide you to the best option.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Oklahoma, USA and YES I love to travel! Whether it's in the US or out of the country, if you want me to photograph your story, I am always willing to make it work for my clients!
Do you capture events other than weddings?
Heck yeah!! I love to be a part of ALL your experiences from Graduation Events, to Grandma's 90th Birthday, to the Divorce Party and all the in-between! If you are needing a custom package different from the ones listed above, please fill out an inquiry form.
What is the turnaround time on galleries?
For weddings, you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 6 weeks (often sooner).
For general sessions, you can expect your gallery back within 14 days!
You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
All clients get sneak peeks within 5 days, regardless of the package you invest in!
How many pictures will we receive in our gallery?
I never like to set a guaranteed number on your gallery. I am not one of those photographers who does "30 minutes for 30 edited images" and NO shade to them but I personally do not believe in putting a cap on the memories I capture.
All this to say that if I take an image of you and it comes out great, I am editing it and it is going in your gallery! Your photos are your memories and I believe you should have ALL the good angles!
do you post all your clients galleries?
No! In every questionnaire I send out, the final question on it is ALWAYS if the client consents to be used in marketing! Transparently, I do have a small fee to purchase the rights to marketing usage but it is only $50!
do you ever give out refunds?
Luna Lights Photography maintains a strict no-refund policy on all deposits, retainers, and payments. When you book a session, your date is reserved specifically for you, and that time cannot be rebooked for another client. We understand that life happens, and while refunds cannot be issued, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible and subject to availability.
Can I add an additional hour onto my session?
Clients are more than welcome to add-on an additional hour of photo time for an additional $175 per hour. This must be paid in Cash on-site during session time, if not discussed before.
